Whistler - Steel Frame Buildings

Whistler Steel Buildings specialise in the full design and construction of steel frame buildings to suit all purposes. We design buildings in a range of sizes (small to large) with spans of up to 35m to suit your individual requirements.

Whistler provide advice and will produce a draft design with a budget of the costs by using our specialist design software, which can be emailed in a PDF format, or posted. Draft designs show plans and 3-D colour views to meet your budget and requirements. All quotations are free of charge or obligation.

Whistler Steel Buildings will arrange for our technical surveyor to visit you onsite to agree the final design, including the colours and costs, whilst surveying the site conditions. Both the steel frame and cladding package can be delivered, generally, within four weeks from placement of the order.

COMPLETE GALVANISED STEEL STRUCTURES

Whistler Steel Buildings can undertake all planning permission applications, including structural and building regulations designs. We will carry out all ground works to form the foundations and slab, with any required drainage. We will also erect the galvanised steel building, Plastisol cladding and install doors ready for use, as well as any additional building and electrical works.

Galvanised Zed purlins and cee sections are constructed to BS EN10147-F FE. Cladding is hot dipped zinc galvanised steel to BS EN 10142:1991, finished 200µ Plastisol with a 20 to 30-year manufacturers material warrantee. We hold £2 million of public liability and £10 million of employer's liability insurance to cover the works.

Commercial applications of Whistler Steel Buildings include offices, showrooms, stores and steel training rooms. Additionally, we can create structures to meet the building requirements of contractors, with site workshops, site stores, site offices and utility sheds.

Whistler can provide a range of structures for industrial applications. These include factories, warehouses, workshops, hangars and stores. Our steel farm buildings encompass hay store, livestock store, chicken sheds and grain store structures.
