PENTRA-SIL NANO LITHIUM PROTECTIVE CONCRETE FLOOR TREATMENT

Pentra-Sil is a high performance industrial concrete floor treatment which achieves a strong and durable finish which protects against dust, staining and general deterioration whilst also providing an impressive standard of aesthetic quality.

A cutting-edge concrete hardener, sealer and densifier, Pentra-Sil is formulated to increase the overall integrity, strength and life expectancy of concrete surfaces. The floor treatment provides long-term protection against dusting, abrasion, harsh chemicals, efflorescence, alkalinity and waterborne contaminants that cause staining and deterioration. Pentro-Sil’s patented Nano Lithium (NL) technology also creates an environment that is less susceptible to the proliferation of harmful bacteria.

Pentra-Sil’s unique reactive chemistry forms an insoluble bond with the free lime present in concrete flooring, forming an extremely strong tri-calcium silicate compound which binds together micro particles (lime and fine aggregate) to form a non-expansive gel which rapidly cures into an inorganic finish which is actually stronger than cement.

Pentra-Sil’s unique atomic structure and low viscosity compared to conventional treatments provides for superior penetration of the capillary channels, achieving a more consistent and uniform cure. The patented advanced NL technology will not absorb water or effect alkalinity.

PENTRA-GUARD HP INDUSTRIAL FLOORING SURFACE HARDENER AND PROTECTIVE CLEAR COAT

Pentra-Guard HP (High Performance) industrial flooring surface hardener and protective clear coat is a microfilm forming inorganic/organic hybrid nano lithium surface treatment which hardens and seals concrete floors, producing a durable, dust repellent, chemical resistant and water tight surface.

Designed for harsh and highly abusive conditions, Pentra-Guard (HP) is the optimum coating system for high-demand commercial and industrial settings. Protecting flooring which is exposed to significant foot traffic, large equipment, abrasion or chemicals, Pentra-Guard’s advanced, versatile, low VOC treatment offers high durability and bond strength and is able to withstand UV, abrasion, chemical spills and heavy traffic.

Pentra-Guard’s industrial grade treatment provides rapid curing, an attractive clear glossy finish and is easily applied for facilities that require maximum protection and little to no downtime. The unique treatment is extremely low in VOCs (less than 50g per litre), environmentally friendly and is virtually odourless. Perfect for protecting light to heavy manufacturing facilities, car parks, food service outlets and warehouses. Pentra-Guard leaves concrete hard, stain resistant, easy to maintain, and light-reflective. Pentra-Guard does not significantly affect the friction of surfaces.
