WATER-TIGHT ROOF TILES

The roof is the element of your house that is most exposed to the rigours of weathering. The preservation of the entire structure depends on the water tightness of the roof. It is possible to assure total insulation of the cover through the ADVANCE system of transversal and longitudinal sealers.

The sandstone used in ADVANCE roof tiles has a maximum absorption of 3% and it does not easily create moss or lichen. Thus the cleaning requirements of this new roof tile are minimal.

WIDE RANGE OF FINSHES AND COLOURS

With ADVANCE it is also easier to install skylights, antennas, solar panels, etc. Due to the resistance to rupturing by flexion and warping, it is possible to go through the roof wherever necessary without causing any damage to the cover.

ADVANCE roof tiles are available in a wide range of finishes and colours, including white, Sintra or red. ADVANCE can also be supplied in coloured Azores, Coimbra or Asturias and the glazing can be contemporary or glazed.
