Edilco’s maiden project upon its founding in1973 was a revolutionary system to construct concrete spiral staircases. Edilco’s modular concrete step system allowed for quick and easy building of staircases at an affordable cost. The structure is promptly usable for building site purposes and can be finished in a wide variety of ways including: timber, marble, granite and natural stone. The structure can be finished with plaster and painted like any other concrete surface. At the end of the finishing process our modular balustrade can be installed quickly and easily without the need for welding.

Due to its lack of a central supporting pillar, the staircase offers both excellent aesthetic and functionality, as it allows an excellent rate of clearance for individuals ascending or descending the stairwell.
