Giampieri - Taps and Bathroom Fittings

Giampieri was established in 1925 and is based in an old industrial area of Milan called Bovisa. Thanks to a series of patents in taps and fittings for water and sanitary facilities (such as embedded bathtub and shower deviators, automatic bathtub drains and WC sewage flow meters) and to their innovative design and aesthetic concepts (such as chromium plating on nickel surfaces), Giampieri immediately became, and still is, a pioneering company with a leading position in the field.

Giampieri has manufactured and supplied many products including hands-free pedal-driven taps, the first timed switch taps with automatic time-lock device (for wash-basins and urinals) and electronic control taps for hygiene and water saving applications.

SINGLE LEVER MIXER TAPS

Giampieri produces single lever mixer taps in four ranges: Ecostar, Minimix, Euromixer and Ecomixer. These four ranges incorporate products for all bathroom applications including basin, bath and bidet taps, as well as showerhead assemblies.

These taps have a variety of features such as swinging spouts, rotatable heads and some even come complete with pullout hand showers. Depending on the range and model, products are available in a choice of chrome or chrome satin finishes.

TRADITIONALS BATHROOM FITTINGS SERIES

The Traditionals bathroom range produced by Giampieri includes the Modulor, Arcadia, Victoria and Imperiale series. The range of fittings for baths, showers, basins and bidets contain both embedded and exposed products meaning that you can combine aesthetics with functionality.

Features of the products in these ranges include two-tap mixers, single-hole tap units, wall mounted sink taps, swinging tap spouts, telescopic siphons, hand showers, shower wall brackets, thermostatic valves and adjustable jets. All products in these ranges are available in a chrome finish, with selected products also being available in chrome gold, gold 18K and old brass finishes.

COMMUNITY AUTOMATIC AND ELECTRONIC FITTINGS

The Community range from Giampieri includes timed taps, taps with no manual controls, electronic fittings, urinals and drinking fountains. This range is made up of anti-vandalism products, some of which are wall-recessed for their protection.

The range includes bath and basin taps, flush valves, showers, urinal taps, soap dispensers, tap pedals, warm air blowers, water fountain taps and electronic sensor taps. Finishes include chrome and stainless steel.

DISABLED ACCESS BATHROOM FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES

Giampieri produces a range of bathroom fittings and fixtures specially designed for ease of use by disabled people. The range of products includes:

• Elbow control and automatic taps, some incorporating pull out showers and an automatic shutoff feature
• Shower trays and partitions made of anti-slip fibreglass and available in various designs and sizes
• Built-in, and wall and floor-mounted WC cisterns and bowls

• Fibreglass bathtubs incorporating front and side access doors
• Hydraulic and electric lifters
• Shower stretchers
• Emergency eye showers - wall mounted and standing (foot pedal operated)
• Nylon safety grab bars in variety of designs and sizes, some with an inclusive shower bracket

A range of complementary accessories is also available. These include folding shower seats, bath seats, towel holders, shelves, tumbler holders, soap dishes, hooks, toilet brushes, toilet roll holders and mirrors. These products are available in a variety of finishes depending on the individual product.

PRISON BATHROOM FITTINGS

Giampieri also supplies a range of bathroom fittings suitable for installation in prisons. The range includes chrome finished taps, flush valves and shower spouts. All the products are designed to be vandal proof and are either wall embedded or rear installed for their protection.
