Office refurbishment specialist Morgan Lovell has organised a free seminar, aimed at supporting businesses looking to relocate.
‘Planning For Success, A Step By Step Guide To Office Relocation,’ takes place at the new global headquarters of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Denham.
Starting at 12:45 pm, the office relocation seminar takes place on Wednesday, October 15. Lunch is included, along with an optional tour of IHG’s office.

IHG will be sharing their own experiences of office relocation at the event, gained following their recent move from Windsor to their new 100,000ft² office in Broadwater Park, Denham.
Tom Lord, who led the project for IHG, will explain at the seminar how they relocated 360 staff whilst minimising disruption to business operations.
He will also discuss how sustainability – a key requirement of the project – was incorporated into the office design and fit out, carried out by Morgan Lovell.
Other speakers at the seminar will include property lawyer Simon Tolson, of Fenwick Elliott, who will discuss negotiating leases, how to get the best deals and how to avoid potential pitfalls.
Bill Horrell of Morgan Lovell, will also explain how to ensure a project completes on time and on budget - and investigate alternative financing methods that could save money.
David Cannon, managing director of Morgan Lovell’s Southern office, said: “A number of points will be covered to help with the project management of office relocation, including finding the right place, planning design and fit out, environment and sustainability.”
IHG’s office is only 30 minutes by train from London Marylebone and travel to and from Denham station has been arranged.
