Jebron is a leading manufacturer and supplier of architectural door closers and floor springs. 4000/6000 SERIES DOOR CLOSERS

The multi-purpose 4000 and 6000 series overhead door closer ranges are designed to overcome the conflict between essential self-closing fire doors and user convenience. The 4000 series has a choice of square or rounded slide cover, and the 6000 boasts Jebron's 'fine line' design. The 4000/6000 ranges include models with:

5000 SERIES DOOR CLOSER

An economy overhead door closer for applications which do not need optional functions. The 5000 range includes models with closing speed control, latch speed control, and size selectable power size (by fitting). 5000 series door closers are available in size 2/3 and 3/4, with a choice of three finishes, easy opening and good holding forces.

9000 SERIES ADJUSTABLE ARM DOOR CLOSER

Jebron's 9000 series is a multi-application overhead door closer. The 9000 range includes models with:

• Two stylish designs (radius or square) and a full range of finishes available
• Available in size 2/3, 3/4 (electro-magnetic option available), 2-5 or 2-4

'PUSH' SIDE DOOR CLOSER CONFIGURATIONS

Door closers placed on the 'push' side of the door usually lose significant power. Jebron door closers do not lose power and are 'CERTIFIRE' approved for use in this position.

2000/3000 SERIES FLOOR SPRINGS

Jebron's two floor spring ranges combine reliability and versatility into small, compact floor springs which surpass the performance of available alternatives. The 3000 series can feature electro-magnetic hold open capabilities. Both series feature:

FIRE FLUID (FF) DOOR CLOSERS

Door closers for high performance metal fire doors and timber doors in sensitive areas. Jebron FF door closers use fire-resistant hydraulic fluid which - unlike mineral or synthetic oils - has a dampening action on flames.

FREE-SWINGING DOOR PIVOTS

Free-swinging door pivots are available for floor springs on doors up to 400kg (up to 600kg by special order).

INTUMESCENT PACKS FOR OVERHEAD CLOSERS AND FLOOR SPRINGS

Intumescent packs for overhead closers and floor springs provide extra reassurance or fire resistance.

8000 SERIES FIRE DOOR RETAINERS

8000 series door retainers are designed to hold open fire doors fitted with standard door closers when linked to a fire alarm system. They require a standard power supply of 24V ±10% and a 50MA current. They meet BS 55839 part 31988, are CE marked, and are tested and compliant with EN61000-3-2 and EN5008-1. There is a choice of 8159/8259 flush mounted door retainers fixed into standard socket box, or 8087 surface mounted door retainers with floor mounting option.
