Planning permission for the UK's largest centre city office block outside London has been given the go-ahead.
Hamiltons Architects and Kenmore Property Group's plans for the 29-storey office tower in Birmingham have gained approval from the city's planning committee.
No 1 Snow Hill Plaza will contain 54,000m² of grade-A office space and an additional 4,000m² of retail space on the lower floors.
The developers hope to attract new multinational companies to Birmingham and set a new benchmark in the quality of developments within the city.
