London Festival Turns to Jelly

04 April 2008

This year's London Festival of Architecture is inviting architects to explore the relationship between building design and food with a jelly competition.

Top architects will be submitting their entries to the Architectural Jelly Design competition, with the designs being transformed into jelly moulds by a team at Bompas & Parr, to be judged alongside the entry material.

The jellies will be displayed during a public Architectural Jelly Banquet held at University College London's Quad on the 4 July.

The deadline for entries is 23 May 2008.
