Leading Architects Head London Festival Line Up

22 May 2008

David Chipperfield, Daniel Libeskind, Cesar Pelli, Rem Koolhaas and LFA President Peter Ackroyd will all present talks at this year's London Festival of Architecture, to be held from 20 June to 20 July this year.

The festival also includes 28 national embassies putting on their own display of architecture from their relative regions.

With a theme of past, present and future, the festival will showcase a range of specially designed pavilions, built in five different hubs throughout the city, which will be used as public spaces.

The festival will also feature an innovative steel 'flower' designed by Tonkin Liu architects, to be taken to various locations around London, where its 11 petals will provide a mobile discussion and debating space.
