Schmidt Hammer Lassen Unveils Dutch Court Complex Designs

Danish practice Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects has unveiled designs for the new International Criminal Court (ICC) building in The Hague, the Netherlands.

The €190m ($258m) permanent headquarters is an abstract and informal sculpture.

The practice collaborated with Bosch & Fjord for the 46,000m² scheme's interior design and art, according to the company.

The practice was selected ahead of 20 shortlisted firms to design the scheme.
