Construction on the 286-unit, multi-family property, The Talisman, has started at the Redmond Town Center mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington, US.

Being built by national real estate developer Lowe at the 1.2 million square feet Redmond centre, the six-storey Talisman will be used for residential and retail purposes.

The Talisman project team also includes Compass Construction as general contractor, Encore Architects for building design, Ankrom Moisan for interior design, and Communita Atelier for landscape design. It will also involve KPFF as the civil engineer and BCQ as the structural engineer.

Greystar will serve as property manager while Tracy Cornell and Aaron Bennett of JSH will handle retail leasing.

Construction on the building started on 1 August and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.
