NE Development starts work on new apartment building LVL 29 in Texas, US

NE Development has started construction on a new apartment building, called LVL 29, in Plano, Texas.

To be built in Legacy West, a 250-acre prime mixed-use destination situated at the North Dallas Tollway and State Highway 121, the 29-storey apartment building will feature luxury apartment homes that range from 600ft2 units to 3,800ft2 penthouses with private garages.

The ellipses-shaped building will also feature a seven-storey parking garage, 24-hour fitness centre and fitness-on-demand yoga room, grand cabana with fire pit, exclusive pool and tanning deck, as well as a bar and lounge veranda.

NE Development project manager Luke Harry said: “LVL 29 will become a landmark known as the premier high-rise apartment building in Plano. It will transform the city’s skyline and stand out among a group of square buildings.

“Legacy West is ideal for LVL 29. Step outside of the main lobby and you’re surrounded by thousands of jobs within walking distance and billions of payroll dollars. This development checks every box from a financial standpoint. From a lifestyle view, you can’t beat the building’s aesthetics and access to retail, dining, and cultural amenities.”

"It will transform the city’s skyline and stand out among a group of square buildings."

The property will also feature upscale furniture, high-end finishes, designer chandeliers, greenbelt views, 24-hour concierge services, and sleek exterior lighting in customisable colours.

The LVL 29 was originally planned as the 30-storey Palladium Building/Project.

However, NE Development decided to remove a floor to improve the overall architectural design and parking garage efficiency by adding five premium units facing the pool.

Construction on the apartment building is expected to be completed in May 2019, with plans to begin leasing in December 2018.
