Construction firm Willmott Dixon has completed Elizabeth House in Wembley, London, for developer Octavia.

The 12-storey residential building located at the east end of Wembley High Road features 115 new apartments.

Elizabeth House, situated less than one mile south of Wembley Stadium, is part of a new neighbourhood where the £100m 'Destination Wembley' regeneration initiative has already attracted a range of new retail, cultural and nightlife businesses into the area.

Elizabeth House offers a mix of homes available for private sale and shared ownership and also features shops, restaurants and sporting facilities.

All of the one and two-bedroom homes feature private balconies and views across London. Willmott Dixon said interiors benefit from a high quality specification and finish.

Octavia Living head of sales & marketing Sue Dance said, "The sales at Elizabeth House have gone extremely well, with many first time buyers securing a new home in this vibrant area, just down the road from Wembley Stadium."

Earlier in 2013, Willmott Dixon's development division Regen reached financial close with Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association on the first phase of a £250m transformation of the Aberfeldy estate in Tower Hamlets in London, UK.
