Dyson Innovative Technologies for Interior Outfitting
Dyson provides energy-efficient hand dryers, LED lighting, and air treatment solutions for a range of offices and industrial premises.
Our products are engineered to enhance every space by helping create comfortable, personalised, and hygienic environments for customers and employees alike.
Efficient hand dryers that boost washroom hygiene
Our new Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry hand dryer integrates a tap and dryer into a single touchless unit and dries hands in 14 seconds with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtered air while its multi-function design aims to save washroom space and reduce water waste.
In addition, the Dyson Airblade V is our most hygienic hand dryer and provides a compact design to avoid space-consuming drying systems. It also offers cost savings of up to 80% in comparison to other hand dryers, and up to 98% when compared with paper towels.
Paper towels were introduced to washrooms in 1907. Then 41 years later, the electric hand dryer was commercially launched. Both drying methods can be expensive, unhygienic and harmful to the environment.
Even with an efficient hand dryer, water dripping on the washroom floor can be a concern as users move from the sink to the hand drying area. With Dyson Airblade, this potential hazard is avoided completely.
Optimal lighting for workspaces to aid productivity
Whether working on a laptop, reading or conducting a meeting, lighting is an important feature within a commercial environment. As poor lighting can cause headaches and eyestrain, as well as hinder task performance, Dyson lights are manufactured to solve these problems. We have invented the first LED light with an effective cooling system to prolong brightness levels.
The Dyson Cubeam Duo is a combined up and down light with full flexible control, allowing the user to modify the light to suit their needs throughout the day. The use of heat pipe technology allows high-performance up and down lighting from one product, using two high-powered single light source LEDs, from a single lightweight luminaire.
The Cubeam Duo is also engineered to improve light efficacy with up to 113lm/W at 4,000K and is compatible with DALI, PWM, 0V-10V and 1V-10V controls.
Air treatment solutions for offices
Dyson air purifiers can help create cleaner, more comfortable environments in offices and other places of work.
Our solutions monitor, react and purify indoor air, which can be up to five times more polluted than outdoor air. They effectively trap pollutants such as bacteria, formaldehyde, benzene, nitrogen dioxide, pollen and allergens.
Dyson air treatments also feature quiet modes to provide reduced noise levels.
Dyson Pure Cool Link purifiers are designed to cool air during warmer months.
In comparison, the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link purifier combines cooling capabilities with thermostatic control for colder weather. It also offers two different airflow modes to enable customised air distribution.
Dyson was founded in 1991 by Sir James Dyson. The company’s headquarters are in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK. The company has another UK operations site in Hullavington near its headquarters, as well as international production facilities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Our technologies are used in educational, hospitality and commercial applications worldwide.
In addition, our hand dryers have been installed in some of London’s most famous landmarks such as the Shard, London Eye, and O2 Arena, as well as train stations and airports.
Other items manufactured by Dyson include vacuum cleaners, fans, hair dryers and heaters.
