Kermi have enjoyed more than 20 years successful trading in the UK with an enviable reputation built on quality, service and the very best of German engineering. The long established Classic and Concept panel radiators benefit from the very latest manufacturing techniques controlled to DIN ISO 9001 with guaranteed heat outputs in accordance with DIN EN 442.

The first steel panel radiators were produced in 1967 and continued capital investment has created a state of the art manufacturing plant in Bavaria covering 22 hectares and employing more than 1700 people.

2010 is yet another milestone for Kermi who have introduced the full range of Arbonia Central Heating Column Radiators into the UK market providing heating solutions in all the key sectors. Kermi and Arbonia provide a formidable range of products offering solutions for hospitals, schools, offices, public buildings and all aspects of the domestic housing market.

The new 2010 brochure incorporates the evergreen sales winning favourites alongside all new ranges, some of which are:

Ideos

Developed in conjunction with the School of Architecture in Germany (PBSA) Ideos raises the bar in radiator design; a clear statement of geometric symmetry, the eye appeal is irresistible. The integrated thermostatic control valve although virtually invisible remains sympathetic to the overall design whilst being eco-sensitive. The product is available in a colour which blends perfectly with the Walk-in shower.

Plantherm

The clean design of the Arbonia Plantherm made it one of the stars at recent exhibitions. The integrated thermostatic valve is concealed by the neat décor panel. It is available in the latest high quality white aluminium RAL 9006 coating with Chrome Plated rail.

Standard European colours are available plus the Arbonia New inspirations range of 18 fresh, warm, or cool shades reflecting growing demand for colour in the bathroom.

Karotherm

Available in vertical or horizontal options, Arbonia Karotherm is a multiple award winner and has been recognised by Design Plus, iF, Design Innovations Essen and Premio, Comfort and Design. Karotherm is available in the full range of Arbonia colours and can also be mounted as a room divider in the Karosplit format.

All Radiators are permanently finished by a cathodic dipping and powder coating finishing process. This means they never require painting and the white or chosen colour will not fade as is the case with some competitive products which are only primed and therefore require painting and re-painting, which is not only costly and laborious but paint build up also reduces heat output adding to running costs.

Heating engineers and consultants have free access to the Kermi “HeatCalc” disc for calculating heat loss and sizing radiators for any type of building – even conservatories!

The Technical Sales Team work closely with Merchants, Installers, Consultant Engineers, Developers and Architects across the UK, getting involved from the early design stage helping to solve technical issues and ensuring a robust supply chain.

National Ex-stock deliveries are carried out from the centrally located Distribution Centre at Corby in Northamptonshire.
