New Brochure Showcases CENTRIA’s Sustainability Leadership
CENTRIA recently introduced a new brochure, “EcoCENTRIA”, which highlights the company’s long history and involvement in the sustainability movement and details the benefits it and its customers have realised through sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
Rick Brow, director of marketing at CENTRIA, said: “At CENTRIA, sustainability is not a trend; it’s the way we do business. For more than 100 years, we’ve been a leader and advocate of sustainability in the commercial building industry by providing long-lasting high performance metal building products. Our ongoing mission is to meet the sustainability needs of our customers by putting innovative ideas into action. Our efforts include researching the use of alternative raw materials, implementing specialised manufacturing processes and, of course, developing products that perform to reduce carbon footprints.”
One demonstration of CENTRIA’s commitment to sustainability outlined in the brochure is its broad portfolio of Cradle-to-Cradle certified products. It’s involvement with this innovative programme resulted in the first exterior metal wall system to receive certification. The new brochure explains the Cradle-to-Cradle Certification process and details how CENTRIA’s products can help building teams earn LEED-NC credits.
