Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations leads by classification in February 2021
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations emerged as the leading IT occupation in North America with a share of 41.84% in February 2021, a 23.77% growth over the previous month. Database and Network Administrators and Architects came in next, claiming a share of 19.39% in February 2021, marking a 20.62% month-on-month increase. In the third place was Miscellaneous Computer Occupations with a share of 15.16% in February 2021, a 29.79% growth from January 2021.

Black & Veatch posted 160 IT jobs in February 2021 and registered a increase of 7900% over the previous month, followed by Peter Brett Associates with 111 jobs and a flat growth. Stantec with 88 IT jobs and Zillow Group with 53 jobs, recorded a 7.32% growth and a 1.92% increase, respectively, while Jones Lang LaSalle recorded a 128.57% increase with 48 job postings during February 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in February 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.23%, up by 9% from January 2021. Mid Level positions with a 24.77% share, a growth of 15% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.2% share, down 4.31% over January 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 4.81%, recording a month-on-month growth of 625%.
