Europe drives IT hiring at Stantec

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in June 2021 with an 81.44% share, which marked an 82.25% drop over the previous month.

North America stood next with 16.49%, registering a 97.1% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 2.06% share and a 100% growth over May 2021.

The UK commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with an 81.44% share in June 2021, an 82.21% decline over May 2021. Canada featured next with a 14.43% share, down 92.43% over the previous month.United States recorded a 2.06% share, decline of 99.44% compared with May 2021.

Mid Level jobs lead Stantec IT hiring activity in June 2021

Mid Level jobs held a share of 70.1%, down by 86.72% from May 2021. Junior Level positions with a 27.84% share, a decline of 94.43% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 2.06% share, flat growth over May 2021.
