The value marked a decrease of 29.1% over the previous month of $5.85bn and a drop of 25.6% when compared with the last 12-month average, which stood at $5.58bn.
Comparing deals value in different regions of the globe, North America held the top position, with total announced deals in the period worth $2.43bn. At the country level, the US topped the list in terms of deal value at $2.43bn.
In terms of volumes, Europe emerged as the top region for construction & real estate industry private equity deals globally, followed by North America and then Asia-Pacific.
