Eaton Corporation’s IT hiring activity declines 1.2% in July 2022

Ireland-based company Eaton Corporation’s IT hiring declined 1.2% in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 2.62% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 9.75% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2022, and recorded a 0.22% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Eaton Corporation IT hiring in July 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 34.15% in July 2022, and a 10.53% rise over June 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 21.95% in July 2022, and registered a decline of 10%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 17.89% in July 2022, a 57.14% rise from June 2022.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Eaton Corporation

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 45.53% share, which marked a 14.29% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 42.28%, registering a 10.64% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 12.2% share and a 50% rise over June 2022.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 40.65% share in July 2022, a 6.38% growth over June 2022. US featured next with a 34.96% share, up 2.38% over the previous month. Mexico recorded a 4.88% share, an increase of 50% compared with June 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in July 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 46.34%, up by 18.75% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 36.59% share, a growth of 12.5% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 17.07% share, up 23.53% over June 2022.
