The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 0.26% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 9.6% share in the company’s total hiring activity in June 2022, and recorded a 0.52% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Eaton Corporation IT hiring in June 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 35.85% in June 2022, and a 25.49% drop over May 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 28.3% in June 2022, and registered a decline of 28.57%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 13.21% in June 2022, a 7.69% rise from May 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Eaton Corporation
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in June 2022 with a 46.23% share, which marked a 20.97% drop over the previous month.
North America stood next with 44.34%, registering a 21.67% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 9.43% share and a 37.5% drop over May 2022.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 44.34% share in June 2022, a 17.54% decline over May 2022. US featured next with a 39.62% share, down 8.7% over the previous month. Mexico recorded a 3.77% share, an increase of 100% compared with May 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 45.28%, down by 28.36% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 37.74% share, a decline of 27.27% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 16.04% share, down 15% over May 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.94%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
