The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 11.63% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 10.79% share in the company’s total hiring activity in March 2022, and recorded a 0.53% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Eaton Corporation IT hiring in March 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 69.78% in March 2022, and a 25.97% rise over February 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 10.79% in March 2022, and registered growth of 25%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 7.91% in March 2022, a 21.43% drop from February 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Eaton Corporation
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in March 2022 with a 41.73% share, which marked a 23.4% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 33.81%, registering a 12.96% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 20.86% share and a 70.59% rise over February 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.88% and a month-on-month flat growth. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.72%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 32.37% share in March 2022, a 15.38% growth over February 2022. US featured next with a 25.18% share, flat growth over the previous month. China recorded a 9.35% share, an increase of 116.67% compared with February 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 46.04%, down by 13.51% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with a 40.29% share, a growth of 60% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.67% share, up 111.11% over February 2022.
