The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.88% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 9.86% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 0.24% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Eaton Corporation IT hiring in February 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 63.06% in February 2022, and a 2.78% drop over January 2022, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 12.61% in February 2022, and registered growth of 40%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 10.81% in February 2022, a 9.09% rise from January 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Eaton Corporation
North America emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in February 2022 with a 45.95% share, which marked an 18.6% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 38.74%, registering a 20.37% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 15.32% share and a 70% rise over January 2022.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 34.23% share in February 2022, a 2.56% decline over January 2022. US featured next with a 29.73% share, down 8.33% over the previous month. Canada recorded a 12.61% share, an increase of 133.33% compared with January 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.26%, up by 33.33% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 30.63% share, a decline of 19.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.11% share, down 35.71% over January 2022.
