The industry’s overall hiring increased by 1.44% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.

Top five construction companies in Germany’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 53.49% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s construction industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Eberspacher Climate Control Systems GmbHKG posted 89 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 34.85% over the previous month, followed by ABB with 12 jobs and a flat growth. Liebherr-International with 11 IT jobs and Bilfinger with 11 jobs, recorded a 10% growth and a 10% growth, respectively, while KUKA recorded a flat growth with 9 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.13%, down by 13.38% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 30.29% share, registered an increase of 65.79% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.58% share, up 4.76% over September 2021.
