The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 8.2% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 13.95% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 1.4% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Honeywell International IT hiring in November 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Honeywell International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 65.65% in November 2022, and a 16.15% rise over October 2022, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 16.09% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 24.49%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 11.74% in November 2022, a 3.57% drop from October 2022.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Honeywell International

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 45.65% share, which marked an 87.5% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 38.7%, registering a 35.97% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 10.87% share and a 19.05% rise over October 2022.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 3.91% and a month-on-month increase of 350%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.87%, registering an 80% drop over the previous month.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 43.48% share in November 2022, an 88.68% growth over October 2022. US featured next with a 33.48% share, down 42.96% over the previous month. Czech Republic recorded a 5.22% share, an increase of 140% compared with October 2022.

Entry Level jobs lead Honeywell International IT hiring activity in November 2022

Entry Level jobs held a share of 42.61%, up by 308.33% from October 2022. Junior Level positions with a 33.04% share, a decline of 38.71% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 24.35% share, down 18.84% over October 2022.
