The industry’s overall hiring increased by 6.56% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.

Top five construction companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 10.36% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s construction industry during March 2022 over February 2022.
Honeywell International posted 403 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a rise of 13.2% over the previous month, followed by NV Bekaert with 72 jobs and a 20% growth. General Electric with 50 IT jobs and Eaton Corporation with 45 jobs, recorded a 46.24% decline and a 15.38% growth, respectively, while Cummins recorded an increase of 1750% with 37 job postings during March 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.4%, down by 19.9% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with a 39.84% share, registered an increase of 2.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 7.31% share, down 11.11% over February 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.46%, recording a month-on-month decline of 50%.
