The industry’s overall hiring increased by 5.6% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.

Top five construction companies in Mexico’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 81.82% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s construction industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Honeywell International posted 37 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 27.59% over the previous month, followed by General Electric with 36 jobs and an 111.76% growth. Black & Veatch with 11 IT jobs and Johnson Controls International with 10 jobs, recorded a 175% growth and a 150% growth, respectively, while ABB recorded an increase of 500% with 6 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50.94%, up by 38.46% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 22.64% share, registered an increase of 140% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 18.87% share, down 20% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 7.55%, recording a month-on-month increase of 700%.
