The industry’s overall hiring increased by 3.91% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 630.77% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s construction industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
ABB posted 49 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 1533.33% over the previous month, followed by 3M with 24 jobs and a 700% growth. Jones Lang LaSalle with 8 IT jobs and Assa Abloy with 8 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a 166.67% growth, respectively, while OC Oerlikon Corporation recorded a flat growth with 6 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.54%, up by 304.35% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.15% share, registered an increase of 200% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.31% share, up 33.33% over September 2021.
