Poland’s construction industry registered a 30.6% rise in IT hiring activity in December 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The industry’s overall hiring increased by 12.72% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

Out of the construction industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 13.87% share in December 2021, recording an increase of 2.67% over the last three-month average share.

 

Top five job classifications in Poland’s construction industry’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s construction industry in December 2021.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 66.67% in December 2021, registering a 100% growth over the previous month.

2) Computer Support Specialists claimed a 13.73% share, an increase of 250% over the previous month.

3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 8.5%, registering a flat growth from November 2021.

4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 5.88%, up 28.57% over the previous month.

 

Top five construction companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 190.7% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s construction industry during December 2021 over November 2021.

Rockwell Automation posted 85 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by ABB with 13 jobs and a flat growth. General Electric with 12 IT jobs and ASSA ABLOY with 10 jobs, recorded a 7.69% decline and a 66.67% growth, respectively, while Danfoss recorded a decline of 54.55% with 5 job postings during December 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.32%, up by 94.34% from November 2021. Entry Level positions with a 20.92% share, registered an increase of 166.67% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.76% share, up 28.57% over November 2021.
