Poland’s consumer industry registered a 4.6% drop in IT hiring activity in March 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 7.32% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.
Out of the consumer industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 11.36% share in March 2022, recording an increase of 0.32% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s consumer industry’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s consumer industry in March 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 62% in March 2022, registering a 13.89% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 14% share, a decrease of 36.36% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 10%, registering a 64.29% decline from February 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 8%, down 50% over the previous month.
Top five consumer companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 20% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s consumer industry during March 2022 over February 2022.
The Procter & Gamble posted 21 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a rise of 50% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 7 jobs and a 22.22% drop. Philip Morris International with 7 IT jobs and Carlsberg with 4 jobs, recorded a 22.22% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Panasonic recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during March 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68%, down by 40.35% from February 2022. Entry Level positions with an 18% share, registered an increase of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 14% share, down 22.22% over February 2022.
