Vinci’s IT hiring activity rises 2.8% in September 2021

France-based company Vinci’s IT hiring rose 2.8% in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 14% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 1.95% share in the company’s total hiring activity in September 2021, and recorded a 0.16% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Vinci IT hiring in September 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Vinci, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 64.91% in September 2021, and a 13.95% drop over August 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 24.56% in September 2021, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 3.51% in September 2021, a 33.33% drop from August 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Vinci

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in September 2021 with a 100% share, which marked a 6.56% drop over the previous month.

France commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 33.33% share in September 2021, a 5.56% growth over August 2021. Germany featured next with a 31.58% share, up 1700% over the previous month. Belgium recorded a 14.04% share, a decline of 76.47% compared with August 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Vinci IT hiring activity in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 94.74%, down by 5.26% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with a 5.26% share, a growth of 200% compared with the previous month.
