1. Magnolia Mixed-Use Complex – $1,000m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on an 18ha area of land in Magnolia, Texas, the US.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2025.

2. Camden Goods Yard Mixed-Use Community – $841m
