Top five multi-family housing construction projects that commenced in France in Q3 2021

Here are the top five multi-family housing construction projects that commenced in France in Q3 2021, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. ZAC Campus Grand Parc Mixed-Use Development – $7,000m

The project involves the construction of ZAC Campus Grand Parc mixed-use development on 80ha of land in Villejuif, located in the Ile-de-France region.

5. Lisiere en Seine Mixed-Use Development – $21m

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on a 3,475m2 area in the city of Rouen, located in the Normandy region.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2023.

The project is located in block D1 at the heart of ZAC Lucilline eco-district in Rouen.
