Here are the top five multi-family housing construction projects that commenced in the Philippines in Q3 2021, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. San Fernando Mixed-Use Complex – $119m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 2.8ha of land in Telabastagan, San Fernando.

5. San Juan Public Housing Tower – $26m

The project involves the construction of a 23-story residential tower comprising 549 residential units on 0.3ha of land in San Juan, Metro Manila.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.

The project aims to provide better residential facilities in the region. The project is the second socialized public housing project in San Juan.
