The project involves the construction of a 30-story office tower on 0.51ha of land in Denver, Colorado, the US.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of a lobby
2. Construction of meeting rooms
3. Construction of conference rooms
4. Construction of workspaces
5. Construction of a cafeteria
6. Construction of 883m2 of ground-floor retail space
7. Construction of 630 parking spaces
8. Construction of 135 bike parking spaces

Construction on the project, spread across 1 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

Owners of the project include the US-based Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC, Convexity Properties.
