The project involves the construction of a new US consulate on 4ha of land in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of a new 6,000m2 office building
2. Construction of parking facilities
3. Construction of other related infrastructure
4. Restoration of a former shooting gallery, the liberty building, and Piazza d’Armi
5. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project, spread across 4 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
