The project involves the construction of 92,903m2 of 30-story and 22-story mixed-use towers on 1ha of land in Phoenix, Arizona, the US.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of 2,787m2 of ground-floor retail space2. Construction of 6,503m2 office space3. Construction of a restaurant4. Construction of a grocery store5. Construction of a transit center6. Construction of a two-story, 430-space parking garage7. Installation of elevators, safety, and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

Owners of the project include the US-based GMH Communities, LP, City of Phoenix , Medistar Corporation, CBRE Investment Management .

the US-based Gould Evans Architecture is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Central Station Mixed-Use Development, while City of Phoenix is the planning authority.
