Construction work on the $170m 411 Victoria Park Avenue Condominium Towers located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q2 2017.
The project involves the construction of a 74,486m2 residential complex comprising 1,052 units on 7.8ha of land in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of a 12-story 48m-tall tower2. Construction of two 9-story 38m-tall towers3. Construction of two 8-story 35m-tall affordable rental buildings4. Construction of two three-story 12m-tall towers5. Construction of 381m2 of retail space6. Construction of a 3.48 ha public park7. Construction of a fitness center8. Construction of an amenity space9. Construction of 689 parking spaces10. Installation of elevators11. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 8 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Owners of the project include Canada-based Diamond Kilmer Developments and the US-based Habitat for Humanity International.
Canada-based TACT Architecture is the architect and engineering design consultant for the 411 Victoria Park Avenue Condominium Towers, while City of Toronto is the planning authority.
