The project involves the construction of a 5,295m2 building in Charlottesville, Virginia, the US.

The project includes the following:

2. Construction of research laboratory
3. Construction of immersive learning space
4. Construction of event space
5. Construction of an innovation hub
6. Construction of parking facilities
7. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2023.

Owners of the project include the US-based University of Virginia.
