Construction commences on $70m DPL Fukuoka Hisayama Logistics Facility in Japan

Construction work on the $70m DPL Fukuoka Hisayama logistics facility located in Fukuoka, Japan commenced in Q4 2021. It was announced in Q1 2021.

The project involves the construction of a two-story, 21,931.40m2 logistics park on 1.82ha of area in Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka, Japan.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of storage units
2. Construction of an office space
3. Construction of loading and unloading facilities
4. Construction of parking facilities

Construction on the project, spread across 2 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q3 2022.

Owners of the project include Japan-based Daiwa House Industry.
