The project involves the expansion of a 3,344m2 biopharmaceutical center in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of an administrative building
2. Construction of a cafeteria
3. Construction of a logistics center
4. Construction of a central power plant
5. Construction of research centers
6. Construction of testing centers
7. Construction of storage facilities
8. Construction of laboratories
9. Construction of parking facilities
10. Installation of machinery
11. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2023.

Owners of the project include Canada-based BioVectra.
