The project involves the construction of a 49,474m2 three-building industrial complex in Fort Worth, Texas, the US.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of two rear-load buildings2. Construction of one front-load building3. Construction of truck courts4. Construction of trailer spaces5. Construction of storage space6. Construction of loading and unloading facilities7. Construction of an administrative office8. Construction of parking facilities9. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2023.

Owners of the project include the US-based J.P. Morgan &.

the US-based LGE Design Build is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Fort West Commerce Center, while Fort Worth City Council is the planning authority.
