Construction work on the $30m Lixa Office Complex: Phase III located in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q2 2017.
The project involves the construction of a 17,000m2 office complex in Wola, Warsaw, Poland.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of conference facilities2. Construction of meeting rooms3. Construction of restaurants4. Construction of common terraces5. Construction of a courtyard6. Construction of shops7. Construction of a kindergarten8. Construction of parking spaces9. Installation of elevators10. Installation of safety and security systems11. Construction of related facilities
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
Owners of the project include Poland-based Yareal Polska.
Poland-based HRA ARCHITEKCI Spolka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia Sp k is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Lixa Office Complex: Phase III, while Warsaw City Council is the planning authority.
