The project involves the redevelopment of a hospital: phase I in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of the C healthcare building
2. Construction of an emergency healthcare building
3. Construction of a connecting bridge to C and emergency building
4. Construction of access and internal roads
5. Construction of drainage systems
6. Construction of provisional access to building D
7. Construction of the medical office building
8. Construction of parking facilities
9. Drilling to detect cavities
10. Installation of medical and relevant equipment

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q1 2023.

Owners of the project include Spain-based Catalonia Government Department of Health.
