Construction work on the $67m Catalyst Logistic Park located in Sheffield, the UK commenced in Q4 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.
The project involves the construction of a 26,477m2 logistic park comprising five units ranging from 2,170m2 to 10,056m2 on 7.2ha of land in Sheffield, the UK.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of warehouses2. Construction of loading and unloading space3. Construction of administrative spaces4. Construction of storage units5. Construction of distribution units6. Construction of a parking facility7. Installation of PIR-controlled LED lighting8. Installation of a rooftop solar PV system9. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 7 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q1 2023. the UK-based Bond Bryan Architects is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Catalyst Logistic Park, while Sheffield City Council is the planning authority.
