The project involves the construction of a residential complex at Av. Manuel Olguin 477 in Santiago De Surco, Lima.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 22-story residential tower with 398 apartments 2. Construction of a gym 3. Construction of a swimming pool 4. Construction of a children’s playing area 5. Construction of a water and drainage system 6. Construction of parking spaces 7. Installation of four elevators 8. Installation of security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q3 2023.
