Construction work on the $521m Uchikanda 1-Chome District Redevelopment located in Tokyo, Japan commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.
The project involves the construction of an 84,500m2, 26-story, 130m high office tower with three basements on 0.51ha of land in Tokyo, Japan.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of office space2. Construction of conference rooms3. Construction of retail stores4. Construction of parking facilities5. Installation of elevators6. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 1 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Owners of the project include Japan-based Mitsubishi Estate.
Japan-based Mitsubishi Estate is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Uchikanda 1-Chome District Redevelopment, while Tokyo Metropolitan Government is the planning authority.
