Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2025.

The project aims to provide better residential and commercial facilities in the region.

4. Aeon Mall Deltamas – $250m

The project involves the construction of a 90,000m2 shopping mall on 20ha of land in Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.

The project aims to provide a diverse range of amenities including a shopping complex and entertainment facilities to meet the lifestyle needs of people in the region.

5. The Westwood Park Mixed-Use Development – $230m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on a 41ha area in Glenrothes, Scotland, the UK.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2030.

The aim of the project is to residential and commercial facilities in the region.
