Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to provide better residential, office, and commercial facilities in the region.

2. Blackwattle Bay Fish Market Development – $538m

The project involves the construction of a 35,000m2 fish market on 3.6ha of land at the Blackwattle Bay in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2024.

The project is located on the Grant Parkland between Taylor Avenue, the old Manitoba Hydro headquarters, the CNR Rivers rail line, and Shindico’s existing Grant Park Festival development.

4. Skyglass Mixed-Use Tower – $196m

The project involves the construction 29-story, 20,624m2 mixed-use tower on 0.16ha of land in Washington, the US.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.

The project aims to provide better retail and residential facilities in the region.

5. Southwark Station Redevelopment – $100m

The project involves the construction of a 20,903m2 17-story mixed-use complex on 0.4ha of land in London, the UK.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.

The project aims to provide better residential, commercial, and retail facilities in the region.
